@prabhjotoicl said:that is the prb in our country ...the agencies meant fr certain purposes hardly do their job...perfect exampl ..irda....cbi ....parliament etc
@BONNYDUSHYANT said:certainly that is the case. but gradually you will find the institutions exploring and exploiting their potential. as you can see Election commission, RBI, CAG and even SEBI. soon others would start following the same track. it happens in every country and society

@arys said:@prabhjotoicl : Yaar... Sad state of affairs hai...just after my PG, i had secured a govt. job with MOSPI (guys who do the census) but I did not join as at that time I really did not feel motivated for a govt. job.... after spending some time in the industry, I wanted to take up a core job in Insurance as the learning opportunity is immense here (once you survive the initial boredom etc.)...But now, the new bill being tabled in the parliament (promotion for reserved category is disheartening), i really feel the govt. is just playing to the gallery....anyway as all of you have discussed earlier, AO is a stepping stone for great career, and thats why I am trying my luck as its very difficult to get similar job in the industry,,,
