I am damn sure on this. Or yeh government jobs k lie hai specifically. Or iske peche reason hai ki pehle government jobs me bhi bhut unfair sifarish vgera lagti thi jiske karan ache candidates bhi peche reh jate the. They get 80 out of 100 in written but in interview they got 5 or 10 marks only(because of lack of jack). Thats y government of india decided to give atleast 50% marks to everyone in interview (Reason tha ki agar koi candidate written clear krta hai to he proves that he is efficient enough to get atleast 50% marks in interview). Or rhi baat reseved candidates ki interview calling ratio's ki to apne often ek line dekhi hogi government jobs ki application me.
candidates shall be called for interview in order of merit in the ratio as decided by the Bank keeping in view the
minimum ratio i.e. 1:4 (1:5 in case of SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EXSM)
bhyi point hain apki bat mein ...dekho kaya hota hain

one correction, ratio is to be taken just as factor or percentage so if minimum ratio is 1/4 then ratio cannot go less than 1/4.
For eg, 1/4 = 0.25
like you are saying SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EXSM are called in ratio 1/5, then 1/5 = 0.20 which is less than 0.25,
So only possible and practical ratio is 1/3 for all categories (2/5,2/7 are also possible but impracticable)
Guys they would not allot you free ke marks as bhai jaan said that they wud give you minimum 50% marks even you would not not spit out a single word..I am giving a link here check this out and you would get to know that people have scored as low as 11 marks out of 30 which stands merely for 36%...
good reply bro. and i agree with your proposition that this was done to reduce impact of jack. but bro the minimum marks awarded are not 50% but less. that i am dead sure. i know a guy who got just 75 in the IAS interview by the UPSCbut yes there is certain minimum threshold of marks to be awarded to every candidate appearing for any govt interview
U may be right but a minimum % has been defined by government i.e u will not give zero to a candidate who qualify written test of a respected job.
@prabhjotoicl bhai i must admit ki is serious discussuions aur career banane ki zadojahat main aapke one liners are very refreshing .. is kala ko apne se dur mat jane dena :)

U take me wrong bro. I just took these lines from a government job application it may be vary. But the fact is reserved categories candidates are called in a higher ratio as compare to general.

My dear bro just recheck ur link and think that in such a big list how it's possible that not a single student get marks less than 11? I accepted that its not mandatory that the % is 50% but there must be minimum marks as in ur link its 33%
