interview me min or max hamesha hota hai, aisa central govt. ki guidelines hain. Factors -
1. the person has already cleared written part of exam so there is least probability that he'll get lowest extreme of interview marks.
2. You can't judge a person completely in 10-15 minutes.
3. To do away with the inherent biases of interview panel and check the system of jacks/sources.
The conclusion is ki jitne jada marks interview k honge utna uski ehmiyat badegi. And if the marks of interview is less i.e around 20 or 30 then it will all depend on written then. By the way Best of luck from my side to all my brothers sitting here.
