hi puys..posting my interview exp. Date:8/09/12 Venue:chennai I was the 2nd person to be called for interview..n as i was a bit late to reach the venue..i hardly got time to sit back n relax. There where 3 person..in the pannel 1) give your introduction 2)tell your hobbies- some qiestion related to that 3)meaning of my branch- applied electronics n instrumentation 4)what is insurance? 5)revenue,cmd,nos of offices,nos of employe of niacl 6)you appeared for nicl..now why are you opting for niacl too?? 7)then all of a sudden they asked whats ohms law 8)are you ready to be placed in a remote village of gujrat.. PS: i am from bbsr orissa Thats it...as per i remember... One of the interviewer seemed to be in a hurry..interupted me evry time i start explaining some thing....
@SURRCH143 I apperaed in interview on 21st for AO - finance. On 21st, 41 candidate were called. And none of the days more that 41 students are called at 1 center.

uiic is a psu like nicl ,jab salary pattern tak same hai to selection process and ratio intake will also be same .......yeh teen link hai ....sabhi log excel sheet khol k analyze kar lo ki UIIC ne kis ratio se bulaya hai candidates ko nicl /niacl ka bhi idea lag jaayega ....

saare records excel sheet me copy kr ke count kar lo ki general candidates(not generalist) kitne bulaye hai aur vacancies kitni hai .........vacancies =192.........&...... general candidates called = 445 hence unreserved ka RATIO = 1 : 2.4 ( APPROX)
SIMILARILY
for sc candidates total vacancies =45 .....&... sc candidates called =182 ...hence ratio =1: 4 (approx)
FOR OBC no. of vacancies(both genlist & spclist) = 92 ....candidates called = 301(both generalist and specialist) hence ratio = 1: 3 (approx)
and soon...................
finally total vacancies = 350 . & total candidates called (generalist+specialist) =1017 which means RATIO = 1: 3 ( APPROX)..................

@SURRCH143 I am not here to make you belive what I say, You are free to think what you understand. On 23rd, only 40 people were called in kolkata out of which all the morning session(9.30) were from OBC category and those who were called for afternoon session(12.30), they were from general category.
@pandit_pujari i have just talked to an officer at the interview center .... i know nothin more dan wat i mentioned here .. but he told me that at any point of time , UIIC can give training to only 100 people . so for generalists , he said , posting will be given first . Depending on which phase u r in , the training will be scheduled accordingly . And he said dat if u dont get the posting of your preference , you need not sign the bond .

There was a mistake in qustion 16.. C and D had same options.. I marked d and got it wrong... C was given correct..
@prabhjotoicl he mentioned it specifically that training will be after posting . First , they will give u ur posting location , den u sign d bond , becoming an Employee of UIIC and den u will be imparted training . And i never said anything dats even close to "they r idiots " .
