bhai yeh to lakh take ki baat kahi aapni .. khalis sona .. no one is more laborious than a bihari ... chahe wo unorganized sector ho ya jaha buddhi ka prayog hota ho .. govt jobs to unke chutki ungli ka khel hai ... hats off to alll bihari's ... there labour and tenacity is unparelleled for sure ...

1) ur boss
2) ur aged seniors (but low in post)
3) ur subordinates (who never work)
4) ur colleagues (who are aged but AO)
5) agents
6) Brokers
7) work pressure
8) union leaders
9) office politics
10) Most importantly 'your signing authority'...think 100 times before signing any paper.
boss- if hes good then ur balle balle..u ll get good learning opprtnty. but if he's looking at you just to get work done, then get ready to hear this dialogue 'freshers should never say no to any work, even it happens to be the work of peon'. advce: if ur boss is genuinely good then no issues in sacrificing everything for each word of his. never say no to a good boss. but if he's trying to dump work on you, muster up the courage to say no to him. tip: gather info abt ur boss (his attitude, qualities) from class iv people. u'll get complete history (whether he is corrupt, do people like him, do top managers like him etc.. it will help you to avoid trusting his words and be precautious)
2) these people have one dialogue about work..."we had work 10 ten times more than you do when we joined". advice: respect their age and never say that 'you are wrong' ever to them even if you know that it is wrong. some of them hv suer knowlege about 'work' but not about 'insurance' learn the work from them but apply ur own knowledge while doing the work.
3) ignore them completely. never cross their path if they are not following your 'Requests' to get work done. find alternative way to get the work done or do it urself.
4) once u go to ur office, one of ur AO colleage (who hppns to be fvrt of boss) will dump some annoying work on you as ur the new 'bakra'. accept it and move on even if u donot get to learn anything. find a knowledgeable colleague and become his good friend.
5) if u start giving them 'service' they will began to expect more and they will start harassing you later on for each and every work. keep them at distance atleast for initial years. focus on building knowledge rather than contacts.
6) same like above
7) u'll hv to work hard, even on saturdays (cause most of ur time will be spent in learning new thngs)
8) na zyaada dosti (cause upper mgmt hates affiliation with them) na dushmani (they hv ability to make ur life living hell)....respect them..respect all from all unions...dont become choosy..leader giea wala ho sc st walo ho koi local political party ki union waal aho try to be in good books of all, and try to know them...any1 can be of help to u any time..
9) its everywhere...tip: respect all...speak as much less as u can....observe the office and people in intial months before joining any alliance in ur office.
