1) regarding work culture : office timings are 10-6 , but nobody is going to ask you why are coming at 1pm and leaving at 4 pm .......all that matters is whatever work is alloted to you make sure it is done if work alloted is not done u might hv to stay in office till 8 pm....sat/ sun off and other holidays as per calender .....lot of tym to study ( he said : ab jise 2 ghante bhi kaam krne ki aadat nhi hai to usko 6 ghante ka kaam bhi burden lagega.....its all upon you to manage tym and u will hv plenty of it )
2) salary : salary during probation and after probabtion remains same . he laughed when i asked that whether salary decreases after probation (coz sum guy here in this thread mentioned dat salary becomes 27,000 from 30,000 after probation) .........he added :salary is sum what 28,000-29,000 p.m in hand .......both before and after probation .(with 300-400 rs ka farak rhega after probation, fund wund me kat jata hai ,but dat is also ur saving coz when u leave or retire u get dat money back)
3) promotions : promotions are slow ...but he said : due to large no. of people retiring in 2013-14-15 .......promotion chances are very bright (3-4 saal me promotion pucca hai)
4) bond breaking : agar toda to bharna padega .....poora...... ...sarkari hai sab wasool kr leenge .1000 mukadme chalte hai inke uupar regarding claims....1 aur chala denge tumhare upar inhe koi fark nhi padega ......lekin paise nikalwaa hi leenge....
5) final result & training : he said last year to results were out within a week after interviews .......medical( just a formality) after 20 days and joining after 25days from medical..........training for generalist = nia, pune me hogi ..........uske baad posting will be in hometown (preferably but not necessary) ,
6)extras : he added : niacl is much better than nicl but niacl ki postings south-west side jada hogi ........and nicl ki north side jada hogi .......but again niacl is best among all four companies .
