Read the notice carefully - On a specific request made by The New India Assurance Company Limited, another Public Sector General Insurance Company having its Head Office at Mumbai, we are undertaking recruitment of Officers with cadre of AO (Scale I) on behalf of New India also for few specified disciplines (Finance, Actuarial, Legal & Generalist). Service conditions and pay structure being identical with both the organizations, any candidate who does not wish to be considered for selection in New India may submit a declaration at the time of Interview.

apart from that do u have any info about the profile and as they had called around 1980 people 4 345 seats that equals to 1:6 ratio roughly....so the interview is going to be tough?

Guys, IMO, New India Assurance will also take around 300!!
It would hold no logic calling candidates at 1:6 ratio.
