@pandit_pujari bhai aap meri query samjhe nahi thik tarah se....i am asking ki jaise bank PO k pas 2 option hote hai..ya to wo HRA le apni salary k saath..ya phir jo ghar/flat usne rent pe liya hai uska actual rent bank se lele HRA ki jagah.....i think for Metros this rent limit is 9000 thousand...to bhai yeh apni insurance comapnies me aisa kuch scene hai kya rent reimbursment ka yeh kahi se pata kariye....

@ferocious002 bhai HR se jugad hoti to ..mere saath saath yaha jitne bhi log hai sabhi ka selection kara deta.....bas aise hi puch rha hu...just wanted to compare it with bank PO...aur jyada kuch nahi

bhai log ....please stop the arguments .......nobody knows what the hell these insurance companies are doing (with regard to selection process).....stay cool .....no doubt your analysis was quiet fair .......we all hv seen that ..................finally it is not about the ratios in which candidates are called that matters ,but the final result and final selection is what is really going to matter ..........remember : criticism is alwalys important for growth............so stay cool .........wait 4 results ...........ALL THE BEST .....

Hi Puys... am sharing my interview experience...
1.tell me about urself
2. wat is insurance
3 wat is irda
4 wat does irda do
5 name 4 other regulatory authority in india
6 tell 4 hot news today
7 then they asked about verghese and satellite launch as i said these news...
8 wat is risk
9 name the indian origin astronaut and where is she now...

but in two cases i couldnt hear wat exactly they asked so first i answered irrelevantly but gave the apt answer once i realised it... now am very much dejected becoz of it... as one of the interviewer said "hare yaar me kya pooncho thu kya answer karo"... from their expression in those two cases i realised that they might have thought that "i dont have good listening skill".. this is wat worrying me.... no hope puys:(....
