But I need answer that can shows interest towards joining NICL and in the process they do not go back and grill me on my ''reason for leaving'' answer.

First of all sorry for being so late.I came back to Lucknow yesterday.Here goes my interview experience.
Location - Hans Hotel New Delhi
Date - 4-9
We filled forms for reimbursement and NIACL recruitment.It was followed with document verification.
I was second to be interviewed.
3 Interviewers; P1 - Age 55~ Friendly and supportive , P2 - Age 45 ~ very friendly , P3 - 50 ~ Expressionless.
P2. Introduce yourself.
P3.Where is abbottabad? As I mentioned in my introduction that I watch shows on Discovery and National Geographic channel.
P3. Asked me about some alphanumeric code.I wasn't sure and told so and I asked for a guess. He said " bolo-bolo" .Told It was name of the plane which was hijacked in 1999.They all smiled and P1 said "very good" and P3 said correct.Not sure if I answered correctly but judgeing by their sudden smile,I guess I was correct.
P1 Asked about difference between management and administration.
P1 Asked what Mechanical engineers are called in railways as my father worked for railways and he is a civil engineer.
P2 Asked about my graduation subjects.I told marketing,advertising and few others.Was asked various questions related to those subjects.
P3 asked about compoition of steel.
P2 Asked from my IT subjects and I answered.
P1 Asked about last years income( which I guess was gross premium only?) of NICL and NIACL.They then asked which company is better and I said NIACL (DAMN! Answer should have been diplomatic).They looked at each other with strange expressions and that was it.P2 said "thank you" with smile.
Overall experience - satisfied! Interview lasted for 10-15 minutes and I was cheerful and confident throughout.

They asked from marketing and advertising.I did my graduation in Bachelor of management science.We were taught " management aspect" of marketing and advertising but they asked me about " communication aspect" which is taught in detail in Mass Communication. So I could not answer properly.
When they ask you about graduation subjects,tell them the ones you know very well.And one more thing,they do not look at your folder,so your percentages,extra-curriculars and profile holds no weightage.

Then I recalled and answered about Osama incident.It is in Pakistan and Osama's "not-so-secret" hideout was there. They asked me because a special show was aired on discovery channel about the whole incident.

one thing more ......do we have to attest our all year graduation mark sheet or just final year consolidated mark sheet and degree attestaion is enough ....cause i dont have my 2nd year graduation marksheet .....i hv only 1st,3rd, and final year ,degree with me .............2 nd year mrksheet me printing mistake thi ....so college waalo ne reprint k liye university bheja tha ....it had been 2-3 years from then ......abhi tak nhi mili .........wat to du ...???...........are they checking/verifying all the years marksheets or just final year consolidated and degree ...??
Attest all the documents including marksheets,certificates and ID proof.Keep 1 copy of all documents.About the 2nd year marksheet,get a letter from your College principal stating your case.They are checking and verifying all the documents but they are also helpful.In my slot, one girl did not have some documents and she was allowed to give the interview.
