I had my interview early this September in Mumbai.

Since I am a working person , they asked why I wanted to leave my previous company . There was a 10 min discussion on this . There were other questions such as what is India's economic picture in 2020 , how to compare India of today to some 10 years after . Also some questions about my hobby .

Suggestions for those whose interview is yet to take place :

Brush up your Gk/GS , especially economic .

Also stay update with country's latest agendas such as FDI and related reforms. Also about banking sector. ABout your native state . About a bit of history like India valley civilization( they were actually asking ).

My interview was like 60-40 , but still I am hopeful.

Stay confident. All the best. Please look at them in the eyes, they chk your body language.

all the best bro thks fr sharing atleast u came to share ur experince ...ur nt like other who were giving lectures and did nt show their face ..

and wht were their feed back regarding result date and maks fr interview

@prabhjotoicl they said that the result would be declared in about a month or so from the last date of interview i.e. 27th Sept .

The interview marks = 50

Main decider is the written marks.

So if they take interview for a very short time , it implies that either your written was excellent , so are already in OR they have already decided to drop ( its how like I have heard some experienced people say ) . On an avg ,a 25-30 may be given to everyone in the interview. So written is the decider .

Also since there are 2 companies recruiting , they may adopt a different agenda and hopefully larger number of people would get selected .

even i have heard this avg theory of giving marks to every one btween 25-30 and some extraodinary touch mid 30's and higher 30's ....so we can say written was decider
