Had my interview at kolkata on the 21st of Sept. One of the panel members was from Oicl panel. It was a 7-8 mins interview completely on my work ex. no insurance no current affairs.

I had my interview on 17th in kolkata..(sorry for the delay !! )
I reached the interview place at 9pm, then we were asked to sit in a room then around 9.20 were asked to come in a big hall where 2 lady gave us some instruction and asked to sign the declaration document for the NIACL ,who all are interested.
After the document verification I was called around 10.45am (I was 3rd to go….)….
One of the interviewer was a retired income tax officer. Other two were related to NICL.
Q1.Where you had done your graduation and post graduation?(as I mentioned only university )
Q2. What is you hobbies?
Q3.Asked Why did u score so less in class -12 as in other exams u scored good marks?
Some more personal question…..
Till now it was a generalist interview….now the person from income tax started to “GRILL” me in finance(as I had done post grad in finance)…..
1. How can u explain speculation in term of income tax?
2. What is direct and indirect tax?
3. What is derivative? How it is traded in stock market?
4. What is portfolio management?
Some more which I don't remember as giving ans to him was very tough as he was never satisfied…

@ferocious002 dont worry yaar dono ka hoga tab he treat mileke lenge...aur yaar RTI ka bas a jaye jaldi se aur jo net pe vo mujhe to nhi lagta fake hogi kyunki poori application ki copy daali hai aur waha pe ek ne comment bhi kiya hai ki usne bhi file kiya tha aur uske 103 nmber aaye hai...lets c kab reply aata hai.....

Not an issue bro.I think he is checking u on the basis of your currently passed examination and indirectly questioning u that y don't u applied for specialist job in finance I think it doesn't matter that how many questions did u answered what matters is your attitude towards questions. So don't worry and wait for results. Hope for the best. All the best....

Dont worry yaar, Tumhe dukh hai ki tumse pucha, kaiyon ko dukh hai unse kuch nahi pucha so ultimately it on their hands so need not to panic. Bina puche bhi selection hoskata hai or bhut kuch puchne pr bhi so be positive and live life kingsize. Kmse kam jab tak result ni ajata tab tak to yeh socho ki govt leave pr ho fir job join krni hi hai.
