probation 1 saal ka hai ....agar satisfactory nhi hua to 6 mahine aur bada deenge ....uske baad bhi satisfactory nhi hai to mikaal deenge aur tumhe bond k paise bharne hoonge ..........par agar sab kuch SATISFACTORY rha to 1 saal baad probation end ho jayega.

are kuch nhi yaar sab normal hota hai .....aur sayad 1 -2 paper bhi hote hai saal k end me ....just like college/university exams ....zyada tension mat lo wo sab normal hota ........ab tum bilkul hi nicl ki * * 1 kr dooge ya phir office hi nhi jaaoge to wo tumhe nikaal denge ...which is a rare case.......so chill .....aur haan meri taraf se use badhaiyaan...
