Bhai aaj OICL call kiya kya?

Today , I called the NICL personnel Dept. and they said that the results would be announced in 10 days as per the information that I received.

I dont know whether the information given by them is authentic or not as I have not verified the veracity of their statement. Maybe they have told me like that just because they might have received a lot of calls from other candidates who are eagerly awaiting for the NICL AO results.

Not an iota of affect as far as work at individual level is concerned. In a PSU govt. has to hold majority stake always i.e 51 %,rest it can divest. This stake can be divested to domestic as well as foreign buyers. The only difference is earlier limit for foreign buyers was 26% and now its 49% (am going by ur info.....i have not watched news today). In any case FDIs are encouraged for inflow of funds via pvt. sector. As of now govt is the sole owner of all 4 insurance PSUs and aaspass koi scene nai dikh raha hai even of divesting 4-5%.

The only difference it can make is more competition jisse sarkari logon ko koi farak nai padhta.......sarkaarein badalti hai, sarkari naukar nai :P
Horrifying.

@pandit_pujari pandit ji not much is going to change for psu employees .....

the only thing is that there will be more competition for psu 's in this sector now...

the foreign inflows is surely going to increase the insurance penetration in india

the technologies ,infrastructure of the insurance sector is surely going to improve and psu's will surely have to get updated to take on the stiff competition..

@pandit_pujari pandit ji ek baar bhagwan kara bhar de final selection uske baad jhel lenge fdi aye chahe fbi aye....

Basically the FDI is going to come in private company as last year Japan

Nippon Life ,
Nippon Life Insurance, also called Nissay, is Japan's largest private life insurer ,had invested in reliance insurance so the FDI is going to boost the private player in turn help to boost the financial sector & for the public co the govt can disinvest as FDI is not allowed directly in public co. FDI will also help the private player to make the insurance industry more attractive as compare to what it is now and increase the no of jobs...
