Bhai mujhe to jab pta chala ki written ka result agya hai me dinner krne beth rha tha. Mene kha khana kha lo nahi to fir selection nahi hota to bhukh bhi mr jati hai. Aram se khana khake dekha to hogya tha:-)

Bhai just tell me one thing... How many candidates might have been called for General category and OBC category.. just a question.
Like somone said earlier that they call in ratio of around 1:4, that is, if there are 48 seats in NICL for OBC, would they call around 200 (48*4) candidates in OBC category? like wise in general category?
is bare me kuch pata hai?

have the confusion as you have,after a deep research on my part :
1) FDI cap is increasing in insurance that means more foreign players and private companies wid competitive products and wid gud e- commerce services.wud uiic able to compete?
2) Insurance is always looked upon as a product which is sold to ppl aggressively (so beside that ppl working in insurance is looked upon as a agent who will eat them up even if he a officer in insurance company),banking ppl have beeter social reputation.
3) Not to mention insurance nad banking if compared,banking is big daddy.So if we once join it we cant think becoming a millionaire ,by leaving it in future and joining a private company in future at a fat package,whereas if we join as PO we do have probability of it.
4) Until and unless i get selected as IAS we cant leave the job bcas of the fat amount associated with the bond.say SSC and RBI etc if qualified wud give a sense of worried thought.
5) The company hierarchy if deeply studied have plenty of south Indians,i am just comparing it to vizag steels pattern were a north Indian has 2 struggle for existence.
6)banking have lot of things to learn because u have fixed pattern of roles and duty and we have a future prospects.bt here are we clear upon the role of administrative officer(in private companies a administrative officer is a one who look after the inventory of stationaries look at the ac repairing and the cab service.wht in case of uiic?) had a chat wid uiic uncle he said the person who have caliber i.e good communication skills and PR skills get promotion and recognition.(regular promotions a are everyone bt the height in institution is reached by them.)
