@udayas4 There is rarely a rejection on medical grounds unless you suffer from a contagious disease or some severe dysfunction. They will send you to some company registered doctor. It includes some basic tests such as height, weight, chest measurement, BP, urine test and blood test (not necessary).
And what all documents you need to take will be mentioned in the intimation you receive regarding the medical test.

Hi Puys.. there is a problem in my relieving... am working in HP... as per HP policy i have to serve 2 months notice period... but as the tentative joining date is 17th Dec, i cant serve for 2 months... so i talked with my supervisor and ops manager... but they said its not at all possible to relieve early... also i asked for buyout option... but they said only on medical grounds buyout option is possible... so now i dont know wat to do... please help me Puys... will i get any problem in nicl if i dont submit my releiving letter... do nicl require experience certificate for sure...

hmm.. So what did you mention as the notice period in interview sheet?
I dont think they need a relieving letter as if now, they need it only for those who have mentioned about serving the notice period, if you've have written that in the interview sheet, i.e you need 2 months of time, then it wont be an issue as such.

@Gaurav1616 yes thats the problem for me... i just wrote 3 days as i thought buyout option is there... but now they are telling buyout option is applicable only for medical grounds... thats why dont know wat to do...

Why did you write that? You could have easily written 2-3 months for notice period, many have done that. Anyways, are you 100% committed to join NICL or you would still like to work for HP?
In the first case, since you dont have much options left as buying out option is not valid in your case, so you can still leave HP and maybe you'll be under 'Absconding' category and they might blacklist too. You can get away like this.
Since I was a fresher, I dont know if they would ask for the relieving letter before the joining. I dont think they would ask for it, but please do some thorough research about this.
You can call up the office and ask them about the same. And dont tell you name...
