i guess if u have mentioned in the NICL data sheet than u have to get that letter

yeah bro ... but my present circumstances dont allow me to go to the place where they posted me thatswhy NICL

no idea about that but have heard the same which i mentioned earlier .. do confirm from other friends who are working ..

@sam0007 Bro..if u have mentioned that u are wrkng in interview sheet then u must have to bring the reliving letter.In New India medical letter it is specifically mentioned that without reliving they will not allow u to join.

Believe me. UIIC is way better than NICL. With office environment and all. If you're not going to join this sector for a long time (of course for some it is going to be the bread && butter), then only think of joining NICL instead of UIIC. Rest is your wish. :)
