some family problem stopping me to join from UIIC
Even I am not joining UIIC and I know its a big risk.

My concern is when to exit from my company.
Evethough interview is cleared...officialy we dint get the appointment confirmation.. since medicals is also a hurdle in the process (though it is a formality).
So my mind is not allowing me to resign from my company without a confirmation (atleast an Email regarding appointment)
I have 1 month notice period in my company. So to join NICL on Dec 17th, i have to give notice here atleast by Nov 15th... not sure we'll get appoinment letter by that time.
Another option for me is Notice period buy out.... which I heard that it will be given only for medical reasons...
Can anyone give me some suggestions..
@Black_Panther dont quit now.. though medical is just a formality but still... dont quit now.. and as you said your notice period is for 30 days... its not a big deal to negotiate and bring it down to 15 days.. wait for official confirmation and then raise exit form request in your current organisation ..... if you are in IT firm then there will be a differnt tool for exit .. fill that and for approval it will go to your manager.. he will call you then tell him either truth or anything ambiguous,,, but dont reveal this to him before filling the exit form..... he will have the only option to approve that....

Just have a watch at the medicals see what all formalities are done ... if everythng is fine you may quit your current company ... atleast you will get an idea as to if the medicals are just formalities or their may be something for the rejsections....

sab formality as said.... pehle go to ur NICL office ... there they will identify u and give u a form to fill and after that a letter to be shown to the doctor... uske baad at doctor only simple things like height,weight,chest,waist measurement, blood pressure and urine sample .. thats it ... go early u will finish all in 3 hrs

@ank2asa nothing as such...the doc who was appointed to us was on leave he's busy in his daughter's marriage...he says he'll be available tomorrow to check us...if we have any defect or we guys are alright.

lols lols ..welcome to sarkari job bhai ... for a change our doctor was gud .... didnt asked for any money and reimbursed 50 rs which were given to a lab
