@nikssss I got my letter today. It is dated 26th November, 2012 but it was posted on 4th December, 2012. The DGM has personally signed on the letter. It must have taken some time to sign nearly 350 letters. Perhaps that's the reason for delay. Don't worry, it might take a day or two.
