Congrats to all puys who got selected in 3rd list..... I am on waiting mode again but I must say that what a grt comp. NICL is! I mean they are so fast in providing results as compare to NIACL.
According to me its not possible that all of guys who got selected in first list report to them but they are not providing any sort of information to us till now. So at last best of luck for ur futute to all who just got selected and you are going their with lot of hope from our side too and prove that who left behind are not as bad as this result made us. Prove it in your way of doing tasks. BEST OF LUCK:-)

Is UP PCS conducted in fair manner as I have heard that Haryana PCS is not so clean??,My age is increasing day by day so i am thinking of atleast 2 years of preperation before giving UP PCS prelims so that being in general category i would be having chances along with me.

though cronyism prevails in the recruitment of state civil servants but now a days rules are very tough..
As every game is played at the time of Interview, there are rules now to give minimum marks in interview and not to fail any one...(i heard this from one fellow)
and the interview is in a room with a camera recording...
You prepare your best...
PS- I am describing the above rules for HCS only...
I dont know about the recruitment of other states...
