fortunately even if i get selected 😛 then what will be joining date , as i have notice period of 90 days (3 months ) with my current organization, can nicl give me this ample amount of time by extending joining date by 3 months. otherwise it will screw my life if after selection i drop my resignation then by the time i get my experience ceritficate ( which obviously will requried by nicl as i am going to mention current exp. during interview ) , and later i came to know that nicl wont extends joining date, then i will lost my current job also for the sake of this job . can anyone have idea about joining period extention. i need end of july as joining date 😛

you guys ar ealready working with NICL, can any one tell the total salary description A.O. gets including the allowances.

Do nicl extend joining date of selecte AO, for currently working candidates if their notice period is 2-3 months. please reply. I am currenlty working in it mnc where i have 3 months notice period means if i apply my resignation now i will get my reliving letter in july , and till july its not possible for me to attend training and induction as no leaves wud be granted in these notice period otherwise my mnc wont provide me relieving lettr, I have tried lots of convincing to buy this notice period but hr not aggreeing they said you have to serve this 3 months notice period . please help me guys i need joining date after 15-20 th July is it possible ? PLEASE REPLY its really matters alot for me otherwise i will loose my current job and this one too.
