For Ex- if you have scored 100 out of 200..than it will become 15 out of 30..hope that, you have understood my point..

did u confirm... coz many psu give weightage in the ratio of 70:30 to written:interview....
and some psu simply add the two..

@[599785:minakshisinha]:desirable qualification includes any certificate,diploma or degree in insurance sector which i think very few of us would have as most of us are from different background..but one thing is for sure post graduate candidate will be preferred over graduate candidate..like wise any experience in insurance sector will be of great importance to them..but you can mention any experience whatever you have....

how to fill the "subjects offered" column in academic qualification? There were like 6 subjects in 10th and 12th both, but the space provided is too less to write it down.
