Anyone has any idea about which documents we need to produce as DOB proof?I don't have birth certificate and NICL people are not answering my phone call nor they are replying to my email.

one of my frnd has given interview today for generalist at delhi centre.. he had 12.30 pm slot but called at about 4 pm..
There was one panel having 3 members.. My frnd is engg graduate, so,he was asked why insurance sector after doing engg.. They told him, this work, a simple graduate can manage to do.. then why we hire you.. how your engg degree(his discipline was ECE) is going to help this sector... then family background... then about NICL viz who is chairman, when it was incorporated, headquarter, about GIC & other general insurance companies
p.s. some of MBA candidates were not asked why insurance after mba.... may be bcoz of nature of AO work is at bottom of managerial level..

Interview lasted for 10 mins .. bt some people also took 15 to 20 mins...
