u can write dist holder in 4 sub in clas 10
5 sub in clas 12
they may/may not ask u.agar b/tech background hai to thoda to yad hoga na.

Puys will it ok to tell you real interests/ hobbies? I like playing video games,watching WWE and science fiction movies.These things seem childish and hence I am worried. I also like watching shows on Discovery,National geographic etc, but my knowledge of animal kingdom and world geography is not that good , so I am refraining from mentioning this.

i have done MCA.so they asked everythg from the IT.my projects, international and national conferences (coz i have presented research papers) and the latest buzz abt IT. a bit of data mining, networking and a lot about biodata/cv..
they asked me about my fav grad subject..i said physics.they asked about newton's laws. well that was easy..
rest nothing about the company profile, no GK, no insurance(thank god)

@pavasedge you may. But, this will be the only mistake you will repent ever after. what i am trying to say you is that never deliberately try to project an image which is not real. we all have flaws. so do not fear that if they continue with your interest area you will get stuck. even if they ask u and u do not know the answer then a 'no' suffice.
you should be what you are, in reality. this is an interview, not a strategic negotiation.
let them have an upper hand. please do not snatch victory from them. let them feel powerful. be honest yar-u have real interests/hobbies.
i took mine in oicl. mine is a very bad profile. i told them everything honestly. my nervousness vanished.i gained confidence. i came out from the room feeling happier..

Also in strengths ,I was asked to mention "teamplayer".Isn't that a old phrase and everyone mentions it.
And one more query.In "why should we take you" part,I want to relate it with my qualification.I am a management graduate and this is an administrative job, so should I say that? As question might be asked that there are so many BBAs and MBAs out there so what is so special about you?

i think that the right way to prepare anybody should be to take him/her to their true self than to find so called answers for them. .they want to know what kind of man you are. so suppose if you remove the 'childish' part then what remains is not the real stuff,so, it dilutes your persona. it will definitely do. i would suggest that you should go with what you think you are. .
answer to your next question,again,i would suggest, should be what you want to let them know.whatsoever. without any doubt.
on 'why should we take you' part, you may proceed with your line of thinking..just try to make the picture complete. for example, one the one hand u say management and admin thing and complete it with tremendous opportunity ins. has to offer. you know cabinet has already cleared the 49%FDI in ins...

phD is a game of at least 4 years, but you can work after 2 yrs. It depends on ur age and family support. If no financial problem for 4 years, then go for PhD.
