hello bhai logo.....i also had my uiicl interview at new delhi......the crux is.... . . . .Interview is just a formality....only the written marks will decide ke kaun bachega and kaun jayega....so go tension free. 90% has already been decided.....jai hind...!

Interview ka weightage kitna hai?
And how do you know this?
@Gaurav1616 yar they were asking the same 4-5 questions from everybody....my panel had 4 memebrs....the 2 at extreme end were hardly paying any heed whether they are taking an interview....one of them was busy in reading some pages...the guy in the middle have to call him twice if he wants to ask some question from me.....and what he asked was already been asked by the member in the middle.......pak gaye the vo log yar interview le le ke....was clearly showing from their faces.
@Gaurav1616 : bhai kisi bhi public sector exam mein written ka weightage at least 70% hota hi hai. to be default story is same here also
@Gaurav1616 vahi yar.....it was rather depressing.....2 hafto se we were all engaged badly for preparation.....spent 4 hours waiting.....and what we got ii depression..... interview se double time toh mere documents check hone m lag gya tha...:D
@Gaurav1616 : agar written bahut achha gaya hai to interview ka score apka selection nahin rokk sakta. that is same for all PSUs and PSBs
