Many people are giving speculations abt the number of vacancies by seeing the no of people called for interview....i would like to add one more thhing that for usually for unreserved cat they calls in ration of 1:3 and for reserved cat they call in rato of 1:5(as i saw in all banks)..so may be NICL is also following the same pattern...
@pandit_pujari no yaar 2day only i talked to a person he was adminitsratr of some community he told me dat der r many retiremnets in 2014 onwards so promotion chances r more and 1 more thing dat salary gonna increase in coming few minutes and v gonna gonna ge arrears from july 2012......
