Interview ka tentative date kab h ??

Could someone please let me know whether the NOC/experience letter is mandatory for the private company employee too while attending the Nicl interview...or.just for the govt/semi govt/PSU's ????
While appearing for interview, is noc required if i was not employed at the time of applying?

Is it really very tough to clear any Insurance AO exam as vacancies are less ? I could score 102 in PO 5. What should be my mindset and strategy for OICl AO 17 ? Plz guide I am afraid of less vacancies. Thanks.

Veterans plz help me out.. While solving puzzles considering each possibility take more time. But in some cases at last I get to know that I considered wrong possibility so solving from starting is more time consuming. What should I do..how should I reduce wrong possibility very early ?? Or go with simultaneous possibilities till end ?? Thanks.

Which is right approach while solving puzzles.. 1. Make one or more main diagrams.. maintain irrelevant data simultaneously on paper ..n finally put that separated data to main diagrams. OR 2. Make one or more main diagrams ..just temporarily skip irrelevant data ..but don't write it separated.. to put those data read again till main diagram completed. #I love puzzles. Thanks.
