I have been working in a PSB as a clerk for 3 months and I did not mention it in Interview Data Sheet. I talked to my manager regarding NOC and he told me that you had filled the form before joining and you are on probation means you are not a confirmed employee, so no need to obtain NOC. What will happen if will be selected?

What could have been the reason for calling candidates in 1:5 ratio for interview? Why to give false hope to guys like me who have below average attempts and don't stand a chance against guys attempting 160+? I know people would say that accuracy matters more than attempts and I don't want to demotivate anyone but with so many 170s and 180s attempts and just 113 seats it really seems a tough ask for candidates with lower attempts to make a cut.. Not fair NICL.. Not fair š¢
