I joined as a po this august... Nd was in leave since september.. Nw i wnt to resign..nd dont wnt to go back again ... What should i do nw ? Should i serve notice period (as i m in probation, someone told me not needed )?? Should i pay the bond amount immediately or can i pay them when i take the relieving letter ?

i just wanted to know that how is it that only 9 students were selected from first contingency list last time and 31 from second. dont they try to fill all their left over vacancies from 1st contingency list first and then move to second and its hard to believe that there were so less people from 1 st contingency list who were available to get selected, that they had to move to second and then third list also.
