Guys this is for all of you, before you post a new query , I request all of you to go through the previous pages. Similar doubts has been answered .
Still if you have any then do post,

Vishnu you can apply with your score. And not all NITs ask for BE/BTechs. only NIT Warangal and Calicut asks for it, rest all accepts any graduates.

my query is even though i may be called for gd at this percentile but is there any chance for real convert at this low percentile....pease reply seniors......i am intersted in working for a psu.....

I dont think that the documents need to be attested by gazetted officer.
Nothing like this is mentioned in the application form.
Can you please confirm this from the addmission department?

In the application form (Page no 3) following is mentioned : "Documents (Attested photo copies) to be enclosed (original to be submitted at the time of admission) with the application."

Hello jha sir finally i found this nit surathkal forum. I talked to you yesterday on nit durgapur forum as i am not fulfilling its criteria but no problem as long as nit surathkal is accepting me. I got 53% in graduation(Engg) and 56.7 percentile in cat i am a SC Candidate hope i make it to nit surathkal i have downloaded form and about to post it please help me in GD/PI and do i have to come to surathkal for interview i am from delhi so it will be a cross country journey for me. Please answear my queries on this form SIR


GD/PI will be conducted at the NITK Campus in Surathkal, Mangalore itself.:-(:-(

Yo can apply to all the four colleges you mentioned. NIT Surathkal might be little difficult, but going with the past trends you should gt a final call. You can take your chances if it clicks its good for you. Other colleges will definitely give you call.

Not many since, NITK gives you flexilbe option offering Dual specialization. Only 11 opted HR as major 6 of them are placed coal india is major recruiter for HR.

Hope that gives a clear picture.
