So what is the final cancellation date for 100% refund? Can anyone explain?

I have CS of 51.98 for DMS IIT Delhi. Maybe, I might get waitlisted and later on selected. I have converted all CAP IIMs, including Ranchi and Trichy. My inclination is towards finance and consulting. Though, DMS is considered good for operations, I see quite good BFSI placements in placement report. Guys what are your thoughts, should I go for DMS. Asking in neutral group for an unbiased opinion.

What should we fill in the 'Refund Amount' in the cancellation form? And to whom should we mail the cancellation form along with cancelled cheque and fee receipts?

I got this mail today, I was also looking to cancel. The date for 100% refund is indeed 25th July. And 1000bucks will be deducted as processing charges.
I had paid my fees through my account and I want to cancel the admission now. But my cheque book is in another place which I cannot access. Can I provide my father's cancelled cheque for refund ?
