Guys in cdpi call letter it's written we have to upload certain documents by 28th. But where do we upload these??

AK: Anyone facing issue in registering for NMIMS. I have call from NM Mumbai. The page says you are not eligible for this stage.
Now the site is accessible. What to write in 'graduation obtained'and 'out off'? Do we have to write percentage or total marks across all semesters? Bcz graduation percentage column is given seperately which calculates the percentage on its own. Please help here.
