Friends...Centra has already published circular which aims to establish equivalence among Central Govt aided organization regarding non creamy layer status. My father is a state govt aided school teacher. In my case whether income will counted or equivalent Status will be consideted. Has Govt published any circular regarding educational institutions?
Hi guys I want some information I have a obc certificate which was issued on 9 august 2016 and I filled all the forms according to that even in 2017 after august So Now do I have to make a new obc certificate or I have to make a new non creamy layer certificate ? Or since the new certificate will have different date so my candidature aur be cancelled plz reply I am very tensed
I apply for NCL OBC certificate at SDM Office for higher studies. They asked for my parents income certificate. As my parents expired before 2000. At the time of expired their anual income is around Rs 50,000/-. owMy income is more than Rs6,00,000/-. They said that as my parents are no more,so my income is considered for NCL OBC certificate.so I'm not eligible for the certificate. What to do please advise.

As per SDM office ... If we want to renew our OBC certificate..we dont have to make an entirely new certificate but a format signed by a competent authority with a clause stating that you belong to NCL.. I have old OBC certificate of 2012 but NCL clause certificate of 2018.. will it work?
