i have a NC OBC certificate of 2012 , can anyone tell me how much does it take to get it renewed, do i have to go through whole process again or will it be quicker?

The Notification of the admission for VGSoM, IIT Kharagpur for the year 2014-16 is out.
Vinod Gupta School of Management (VGSoM) will use CAT score for short-listing domestic candidates and GMAT score for short-listing international candidates for its MBA program.
The minimum cutoffs to apply are:
General :95 percentile
NC-OBC :85 percentile
SC/DA :80 percentile
ST :75 percentile
Application fees are waived for Female Candidates.

Hi Guys, are the OBC certificate and Non Creamy layer certificate different.
Is it like i should submit OBC certificate and Income certificate which claims that i am with in Non creamy layer annual income slab or is there any seperate certificate for NC. In the websites, i got one format for NC OBC to apply for IIMs alone. DO I need to submit that or any of the above certificates will do.

While filling for VGSOM , do we need to provide a letter from employer stating our joing dates and that I am currently working with them......or just the first and last salary slips and the offer letter will suffice?? Please help..
