OBC CUT OFF OF CAT .. FOR ADMISSION MBA IN IITS AND NITS

Hi,
I scored 97%ile in CAT'15 in OBC category but got 66%ile in VA. So, unable to clear sectional cutoff for most of the IIMs. Which all colleges should I apply for?
Out of these colleges - FORE Delhi, BIM Trichy, TAPMI Manipal, KJ Somaiya, SIMSREE, GIM, LBS, LIBA, Â which all colleges should I apply for? Please guide me, I am really confused.

NITIE last date - 22nd January - 1700 Hrs.
The overall cut-off for NC-OBC was around 75%ile with around 70%ile as sectionals last year.

Guys I have scored 70.3%ile in CAT 2015. Please suggest some good bschools (I know there arent many in this bracket,hence the question) where I can apply?

Cat percentile 94.62.acads-83/73/65. Work ex 2 months so far. No calls so far. Chances for  new iims? Also i have applied for iit d b kgp..nitie as well. Due to my job , travelling too much for PI would be tough. Hence i would like to know which institutes i have a decent chance of converting . Thanx.

Moreover, I have passed out B.Com last year, so I don't want to try again next year and want to have some college this year only.

Hey guys, CAT OA-95.01(VARC-86, DILR-92.2, QA-96.4) NC-OBC . 10th- 90.40% , 12th- 79.60%, Grad- 74.86% . Final year engg. student. I want to know what are chances of converting any iim/fms/nitie/iitd call with above profile. I mean if anyone knows who converted within the vicinity of above said score..? Responses are appreciated. :)
CAT - 99.47, Acads - 82(10th)/76.60(12th)/67.589(grad DCE), relevant Work Ex. - 19 months.

Please suggest some other B-schools as well ...
My LRDI sectional %ile is 67.88 and Sirmaur sectional cutoffs stand at 68. My overall %ile is 86.5 (93 and 80 in VA and quant resp.) So does that effectively mean that I won't be getting any calls then? (NC OBC)
