my father is a state govt employee.. would it be a problem if his income is more than 6 lakh?

My father works in a govt insurance firm in Karnataka. He is a Class 3 employee with salary more than 6 L, no other source of income. I got only 1 certificate saying i belong to OBC and belong to NC layer.
is that enough to claim reservation?
and i belong to 2A in Karnataka State Caste classification system. My Tasildar from Dharwad is not issuing me cast certificate saying that i have salary more than 6 L. He says State rules are different from Central.
Anyone facing same problem in Karnataka ?

Waitlist 2. IIM A PGP-FABM. NC-OBC category. Wat are my chances?
I know that this might seem annoying but I really need to ask this. I m a non engg ncobc female with 89.58 percentile in cat. I have converted IMI Delhi for the core pgdm. And I m reluctant to pay the 3 lakhs they are asking for blocking the seat cuz this is simply too much. Would it b smarter to wait for new iims or should I pay the amount?
When can we expect IIMC waiting list/calls to be updated/ Do we know when are the current converts are expected to finally confirm if they are planning to take it up or not, i.e. fee payment. Thanks
I am NCOBC female and my CAT/X/XII/GRAD are 87.7/87.5/94.2/84.7. work ex : 2yrs. I got calls from L,K,I. My WAT and PI were avg. Are there any chances of converting one among three ?

Can you give an idea where do I stand a chance to get admit in other colleges ?
