Giving CAT for the first time. Can anyone explain me the concept of OBC certificate in the format reqd by iim.? Do we need to make a new caste certificate as per their format ? Or just have to submit a declaration with their format with reqd docs like OBC NC certi. Its taking a long time for me to make my new obc certi from scrath? Do i need to make it again and again for every yr i apply

No. 36012/22/93 – Estt. (SCT), dated 8-9-1993** )** To match?? becase the format available with the local agent is same but differs in this number. Kindly help.
