To all those,who are applying through NCL certificate,make sure your authorized organisation accept the certificate if your parents are working in PSUs,universities and state organisation as well as private organisation.This year Dopt officials and UPSC created problem in recruitment while rest of the organisation and institutions in country do accept the certificate as it was written originally in amendment.Just make sure that your recruiting body is accepting it even if it is 100% valid and legitimate.
