I'm finding it difficult to obtain new NC OBC certificate.There is some problem in old one. So,my question is, I did my whole education from MP and my grand parents still reside in village in RJ. So, if I submit RJ wala NC OBC certificate, will it create problem? Location,address will differ.

Do the new iims and iit ask for income certificate of parents at interview as there is a column of annual salary in personal information form of new iims or just the nc - obc certificate suffice?
