For work experience certificate, will a bonafide cert. provided by my company HR do ? My company issues an exp. cert. only any associate leave the company...HR told me that she could provide me a bonafide letter mentioning that I have been working with the company since so & so date ( my joining date)...This is the best that I could get...will such a letter, along with my salary slips, would suffice in place of an exp. cert.....

Got calls from new iims,iit Kharagpur,iit kanpur.
My caste comes under the obc central list.
I have made my obc certificate in 2006 (Delhi),but it is not in central format,then i took the 2 print out, one from iim website and second one from iit website of obc format.Then i went to SDM office along with the print out just 5 weeks before.They signed it on these print out.
So question is whether these print out are sufficient or should i apply for obc certificate for central format.???

my father;s sal is arnd 30L per annum in private sector . m i i eligible to get nc obc . as income from sal and agriculture is not considered and we dont hav any other source of income other than sal . m i eligible .
and also i hav doubt on "" wealth shuldn not be more than prescribed in wealth tax act "" im really confused . pls leave ur views . vl i be able to get the nc obc certificate ???

Hai Guys , i am under obc nc ...this year i secured 73 percentile in cat 2013 , i quit my job .And now i am preparing for cat and decide to write other exams too.
Profile:10th - 83 % ,12th - 79 % ,BE - 6.9cgpa (2012 passed out)
one year period of time i run a start up with a team 6 members in Search engine ,ECommerce domain. which is incubated my college , I have a incubation letter with duration from my college..Due to family ,financial issue i quit the start up and searching job and preparing for cat ..After my cat exam i got job ( not reputed company) as management trainee and technical support executive ..i worked for 4 months ( nov 2013 to feb 2014).i have all salary slips and work experience certificate.
I didnt selected in any of my campus interview.Is any additional preparation need for interview and wat , if so when could i start this preparation.i dedicate my whole time in cat preparation
So my question is how to tackle the issue and get through into decent b schools .the above mentioned ,is my advantage or disadvantage ...the word quit is frequently repeating ... please help me out....

WAT/PI experience for PGDHRM at Mumbai Centre on March 15th, morning slot
Work Ex : 19 months as of now in a chemical company
Process started exactly at 8:30 A.M. They called up names and collected only the personal forms, same time they allotted panel numbers as well. We were made to sit in columns according to panel number. Dont forget to carry your cat score cards without fail. WAT started at 9:00 a.m and it was for 20 minute. No extra sheet was provided, rough work had to be done on that sheet only. We were made to sit in the same room and then 3 from each panel were asked to go for interview. I was third in my panel, so was over with the whole process at 10:45.
WAT Topic (300 words in 20 min) : Integrity in the work place.
PI Panel : 1 middle aged man and 1 middle aged lady
Questions asked:
0.Tell something about yourself? (guess they ask this to everyone)
1. They asked about my company, UB group and VIJAY MALLYA business.
2. Should we say an MBA or a MBA? And y so??
3. Why do we pronoune "the" as the and thee?? difference between them?
4.What is inflation?
5.What is the unemployment rate in percentage along with the formula for it.
6.Difference between spiritual leaders opening colleges and normal institutions?

Overall experience:
It was a really good interview. They were initially trying for a stress interview. But once they knw that it is not possible they will not. The panel was laughing. Most important dont forget to smile even if you dont knw. If you dont knw then accept it. they create an environment like it is really strict and all to add stress to your already ongoing tension. so Chill nothing to worry. The panel members will reciprocate the way you project yourself to them. So act as though you are cool and not at all stressed even though you are!!
