By whom should i get my cerificates photo copies attested? Is the HOD's valid? Or should i get it from the principal of my college?

Guys.. I am a fresher. Currently I am in college ,not earning and eligible for OBC- NCL. But by next year, I'll be working in private sector job paying more than 6 lakhs. Will I be eligible for OBC-NCL category next year?

My composite score excluding WAT & PI is 27.3/60. How much should I score out of 40 in WAT & PI for IIM Ranchi?
