I am confused with the new rules for OBC NCL in PSUs. Now they say that the managerial posts are class 1. So, I had a doubt that if the condition of getting to class 2 after 40 years makes them belong to Non Creamy Layer? Or this age rule is no longer valid for PSUs?
Does anyone have its clear understanding?

Guys just read a post from iim sambalpur. Avg package is 10.29. And one guy got 60+ lakhs. Batch strength 39 students. So if we remove that guy then the avg package goes below 9 lakhs. And we don't know if there were 2-3 guys who got high packages like this. Then the median would be around 7-8. Genuine question. Is it worth to join a baby iim or another try.

Hello everyone. I am a Nc-obc male who will be having 13 months work ex by july 2018. 10th : 91.2 12th : 82.67 Engg : 72.87 . The problem is that I have not participated in any co - curricular activities as of now. Should I prepare for 2018 CAT ? Is there any chance of converting IIM A,B,C with this profile ? This year I had a percentile of 90.18.
