A sad story of a BSchool pass out student (in worst case consider it as suicide note), an work of fiction

This story is a fictitious one any resemblance with any organisation is Just a coincidence
Today we will tell you a story say about a so called FICTITIOUS semi-famous, running almost a decade long, bschool in a state which is Almost in the middle of India (location is just an assumption ), we don’t want to mention a name, cause we were threatened by one of the most powerful persons from the institute that if we disclose the true information about it , they will use all their power to frame us as criminal and ruin our career .So your job is to put your grey matter into work and figure it out ,hope you don’t want us see ruined or shot dead. Before we begin friends just tell us , What is a crime between 1.telling a true story, asking for help when in distress, after being ruined by some of your own peers AND 2.publishing inflated false reports, Luring innocent people into a glittering trap and then put them through all psychological torture designed by selected some of them who are capable to doing so.
Trust me this story could be an appeal of change or help from people who are trapped badly probably we need this message reached to right authority who are completely ignorant of such Wrong-doings. No more airy talk let’s get straight into something that can be useful for you
Placement condition of this fictitious institute
1.Almost 30% (more than 65 students) of batch got final placement package <=8.5 lakhs, fixed less than 7LPA.2.some of the students got no fixed component in their package, they left the job.
3. No student got a package more than 19 LPA in current year placement 2.some of the students more than 10 remained unplaced due to various reasons like IE and others
4. Almost 70% of the batch placed in start-ups, which does not have any guarantee of operations after 1-2 years 5.almost 20-30% of the past batch have become unemployed because of this last reason mentioned
6. In summers almost half of this batch was placed through self-contact in internship, not by the institute, they had 0 stipend which was not calculated while publishing the report. Most of the rest awere placed in new start-ups again , very less number of brands.
6.1-no one got a stipend more than 50k/m in this batch 7. Report is not audited and more than 100% inflated figures
How do you verify this above information:-
We did not know it but If you have doubt about any report published by an institute, let me tell you what to do? Go to the placement report (final /summer) - check what the data like salary figures, company names are .Pick up the best figures and brand (example , say company name mentioned <JP morgan> , or a figure mentioned 3lakhs stipend) Do not ask anyone just prepare an RTI in the below format --
Item 1 -<company name> a. When the company did visited the campus for placement? b. how many students they recruited c. what package they offered ?
(Seek info from both the college and the company)
Item 2<student 3l> a. which company offered the stipend b. what is the job profile and location .which Company audited the report? etc.
Continue items for every companies or figures and send the RTI, if you get any satisfactory reply from both institute and company, then only believe .mostly data won’t be published by the college citing some strange reason.
Psychopathic rules of the fictitious college:1. Here it seems sole purpose of one student committee is to how to prevent a student from getting a job or placement
2. They will debar you from placement if u enter the committee’s room mistakenly
3. They will debar you if your formals are not of Particular colour (even if it is in proper colour, but a little bit shiny one, you will be debarred) 4.This committee members will treat you as slaves or dogs, u have to do whatever they say, else your carrier is finished No one will help you, trust me ,Even if someone ruined so much and takes some extreme decision of say ending life. Report will be published that you could not take the academic pressure, but no one tell that it was a subtle instrumental murder.
4. Irrespective of their profile good or bad, surprisingly you will find all committee members and some lickers are placed in good companies. They created that joke when batch topper did not get a good placement. That literally happened many times in this college
5. In this fictitious institute even you are deserving candidate your CV will be misplaced so that it did not get selected by the employers if u have any argument with them.
It happened that one student had some personal argument with one of the members, so the committee reported bad things to HR of company about that person and revoked the offer he got. Even the incident was reported to the highest authority no suitable action was NOT taken against this potential criminal activity by some students.
6.You have to be awake all through night so that whenever they call , u need go and meet them (I don’t know who they are , this is a fiction story.)
Repeatedly people wanted to get rid of a student committee and no one just listens
Hostel and Food
In our fictitious story we have mentioned that you be treated as dog or slave , so here you have to stay in 4 sharing dark and damp rooms in the basement like prison cells , although people may deceive you that No , the situation is very good , they will post fake picture ,but trust me once you reach the college building , just check every possible corner first , you will get to know , but you won’t be allowed as they will put you inside a room until you pay the money in full, then they will allocate hostel room.
Food – insects are free along with food, It tastes like shits, every time students complain they tell this time new vendors are coming we will release new tender, and the tender goes to same food vendors. By the way it’s all fictitious right. Just making you remember, in case you forgot.
Academics –No comments, as no one is really concerned, but if you plan to do finance here, you are dead and Just by seeing few people, you feel like if they can teach u, then you also can beat Obama in USA.
Conclusion: remember you pay a lot of money for this MBA , in this fictitious college , plus you lose 2 years , what is your opportunity cost ,?,not less than 30 lakhs . Now what is your value addition –nothing . Unstable job , low salary , poor and traumatic experience all over two years .Are you sad you are not selected in this fiction-college ?, trust me you should not be , u may be lucky.
Suggestion that no one will give you: MBA worths waiting, until you get a really good to better college, may be from abroad .Having key skill does matter, not a degree which does not give your ability to work in the industry. You may find some similarity with some college, but you don’t have to trust us , it’s always your decision . Whatever you choose , we wish good luck always .
And for some fictitious people, please try to improve every aspect of the institute, don’t make it bleed.
