I joined government engineering college auranganad from Maharashtra and I am in first year of my engineering. And my academics are 10th: 97.40% 12th: 84.31% Grad: currently in FY Please tell me how can I prepare for CAT from FY of B.Tech.?? What should be my graduation score to better my academics score to compensate my 12th score? Following this, what CAT percentile score I should target to get into old IIMs,IITs and new IIMs. Thank you very much.

Is there any required format for obc certificate? I have a single sheet certificate with my photo and certificate number. It also mentions that I do not belong to creamy layer. Is it enough or do I need anything else?
P.S- The certificate was made in january 2020. Can anyone from Uttar pradesh confirm the format.
