Hi,

What was the percentile of the last candidate admitted in IIMA in OBC category? Does anyone has an idea?

When do we need to have the documents ready!!
My non creamy layer is still not ready yet...when will the IIMs start calling people for interview this year?

Hello Friends.

I have one query, which you may find odd. Pls help me if you have come across to similar one.

I have registered myself as General category student in CAT registration. I came to know that my caste has been included in central OBC list in first week of Oct, 2013. I tried to changed my category of admissions to NC-OBC but request was not accepted by Prometric.

Now my question is that if I receive call from any of the IIMs in first shortlist as general category, would I be able to change the category to NC-OBC for rest of the process? ( I can produce all category documents as required.)

Your valuable inputs are most welcomed.

As you know most of the exam results have been declared.....and am feel like that am left with empty after declaring the results of NMAT , CDS IPBPS nd SNAP..... it's totally screwed melast hope is left

Seniors, I have an Two Yr work ex of BPO (GENPACT) Here, I was the part of Banking Process where we have to Generate the Loan Document's issued by the Australian Bank (Westpac)............. Is BPO work ex consider by colleges and will Companies consider BPO work Ex at the time of Campus Placements ????

Seniors , Is it okey to go for Jaipuria (Lucknow) , ITM Navi Mumbai , NDIM , Army Institute of Kolkata , JIMS rohini etc as some of my friends were studding in this college and was selected by some good companies with good packages???Please Help Dosto !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

guys, i belong to nc-obc...also my family's yearly income is extremely low(in thousands)..can i avail any different advantage other than nc-obc which will benefit me while taking admission in govt colleges...plz let me know...ur help will b greatly appriciated..

Hey puys! I remember this same time last year when I was hardly thinking about anything but my CAT score which was going to be out next morning. Good luck! I'm currently pursuing MBA from IIM Lucknow. If you've any queries on that front, hit me up.

My details:
QA & DI: 83.45

VA & LR: 95.38

OA: 93.01

10th class: 86.6% (On conversion from IGCSE board exam result)

12th class: 89.2% (CBSE board)

B.E.: 69.6% (Mumbai University)

Category: NC-OBC

I have filled only FMS (Delhi) form other than for IIM's.

1. Which calls can i expect?

2. When will i receive them, email or do i have to visit their websites?

3. How easy/difficult would it be to convert a call?

4. Which other top colleges' form can i fill even now and expect a call?

Just saw my result and feel overwhelmed. Please help me on what next steps should i take.

cat 2008: 90.xx
cat 2012: 92.xx
cat 2013---> left job and prepared for about 3 month and got 63.45 percentile not able to digest it till now totally ruined😠😠.....

category : NC-OBC
work exp: 37 months (IT field)

any suggestion puys...what can i get at 63.45 i dont want to delay my PG one more year.

engg 7.63/10 in btech from BITS pilani.

and 3 yrs of exp in NTPC as ast manager

is it possibleto get from old iim.
