Guys please help me decide, I am from South and is it better to opt iit chennai over iit kharagpur . Which in placement records are closely the same , I know VGSoM has a bit of edge. But location travel etc can be taken into consideration?
There's a specimen in the documents received from IIMK wherein candidates selected from OBC category have to provide an affidavit sworn before a notary.
Is anyone planning on making that affidavit? Has anyone contacted AO regarding this? Has anyone got it made?

I'm OBC student of one of NITs and will be eligible to write CAT in 2016. My scores are 10th-85.5, 12th-91.6, cgpa -8.35(till now). Work ex.-0(currently i'm student ), what percentile would be sufficient to get IIM-BLACK and FMS?
