There has been no 1st and 2nd list!!! Only 'some' exceptional candidates have been given final converts. The final merit list isn't even out yet and you guys are talking about the 2nd waitlist. The criteria of the '15th march' thing was if some people who were given final converts don't pay the initial amount of 25k, then that spot would be given to the next best candidate. Now how many out the total people converted do you think will not pay 25k? Max 5 people of the 30 or so converted from mumbai.
So relax and wait for the final results. Called TAPMI and they say check after 10-15 days.

totalcrazy2011 Sayshi dere!!!i just saw a thing like "Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) - 465 Seats (300 PGDM, 120 PGDM Second shift & 45 PIO seats)"....can anyone explain whats this second shift thing..also if so many seats increased..den won't it affect placement
I guess our seniors have said that TAPMI plans to take only 300 students as against the sanctioned intake of 465.. My guess is 2nd shift would have been for working ppl(in Manipal, I guess), but not sure!!

I have a query...what about the ppl who have not got a confirmation mail..is it the end of the line or is there some hope..(i am personally in the 85+ and below 90 category and had my gd/pi on 7th..no updates as of now)..if so how long does TAPMI take to announce the results for us...Any seniors who can help...
Wait till 25th of this month................we all have to wait.........there is no watlist..........infact the first list is not yet entirely out.....it will be on 25th.......FINGERS CROSSED

As of now, most would have paid the fees as the amount was 25k and just a week of time was given, moreover, by the time TAPMI comes out with a final first list of selected students, a lot of colleges would have declared their result because of which waitlist movement will take place.

In my opinion its too early to start a poll...
All most everyone would have paid the 25k. And since the other results are not yet out, most people wouldn't have made up their mind whether they ll definitely be joining tapmi or not...

I had sent them an e-mail quoting details of the e-transfer. The receipt was acknowledged on the very next day!! On a side note, I haves't sent the Initial Acceptance Letter by courier/post!! I scanned and attached both the pages with the aforementioned mail!

Ohhk cool...so I should be getting it by monday I think(had sent mail last night)
And I too have scanned docs and mailed, plan to dispatch it on monday.
