[Official] 2012-2014 TAPMI Converts

Got a call from HDFC regarding the tie-up loan.
They said no collateral is needed for admission to TAPMi if the loan can be routed through an account in any major Indian city. My city isn't big enough.

With which more banks TAPMI has tie ups....???? Please reply..

Dont worry man..maybe it was a transfer from a non-ICICI and will take 2 days time, coz most of us got reply next day only.
Just with your bank once.

2 days over! No mail yet! 2mroz d last day.. Dont kno wat to do.. My account has been debited n evrythin looks allright in the online transaction. 😃

I have a serious doubt... Very important and urgent...

The placement report of TAPMI says 100 % placement.

Yet the mandatory disclosure says 177 applicants were admitted for the 2011 batch and 114 were placed. 4 students opted out.

I dont understand how that adds upto 100%.

Clearly there's a mistake somewhere. I hope seniors will throw light upon this and tell us which info is wrong....

Looks better? Refrain from using Bold and Large letters, that amounts to shouting on a forum, for which there is no need.

Dude that 114 is of the previous batch..hw can a batch of 177 which is in 1st year be placed in 1st year....intake is of current year whereas placement stats is of 2nd year batch...hope that helps...

Hi,

As mentioned in the disclosure, the strength of batch which was placed during a year can be found by referring the the admissions intake section of previous year. So, if you are referring to the number of students placed for a particular batch for a year(say 2011), you have to refer to the intake mentioned for 2010 section to learn about the strength of that particular batch.

With Corporation Bank and Syndicate Bank.
I visited Syndicate Bank, and they are not at all interested in loaning me money. They tell me the tie-up doesn't mean loan facility, it is just that Synd Bank provides a platform for paying fees. I guess it was just that the idiot there was mis-informed. Anyway, I'm not going to Syndicate Bank again.

Hi Viraj,

I tried calling up the admissions office of TAPMI yesterday and the lady over the fone said there will be a list coming out by this month end, which will show the status. Could you please tell me if it has been postponed to Apr 15th as you have mentioned? Also, will the list again keep us on our toes w.r.t waiting list number (hope TAPMI gives a number).
