The id card form had to be sent with the initial acceptance letter.Call the admissions office and tell them that u didn't send the id card form with the initial acceptance letter and send it now with the final acceptance letter.

This is for those who did not send their ID Card details along with the Initial Acceptance Letter.

I sent a mail to the admissions office stating that I would be sending the ID Card Details along with the Final Confirmation letter.
They said it is ok, and it is mandatory to send the ID Card details.

So if you haven't sent the ID Card details form, then please do send it. Don't risk it by not sending it.

If you dont know what the ID Card details form is, it is the last annexure of the offer letter.
