Hey in case i dont join, wats the procedure to ask for refund of the 25k tht i paid. and do i need to inform them before 5th april?
I think the date is not important. If they don't receive your 3lac by April 5 (I guess that's ur date), they will get the message. You have to send a hard copy letter stating that you are joining elsewhere, and need the refund.
Sorry if this question has been asked already, when will be the final list out? I saw somewhere its after April 15 . S that date confirmed? I have to withdraw my IMT-G (IT) seat by 20 th April if i convert TAPMI, so it will be clear if the results come and a wait list number is given
AFAIK, only the Final Confirmation Letter has to be sent.
I hadn't sent the ID Card details in the Initial Mail. So I sent that with my Final Confirmation letter.
Apart from that, I don't think there is anything else to mail.
As for the remaining annexures, I guess they have to be sent later, before the course commences.
I too will be sending the Id card form with the Final Acceptance Letter. Had missed sending it with the Initial Acceptance Letter!! :banghead::banghead::banghead:
I reckon that most of us have received the Hard copy of selection letter and the Annexures. Is it required for us to send the filled in hard copies of Annexures 1 and 5 again? I've already sent the soft copies of Ann 1 and 5 along with ID card details. The money transfer was doone electronically, so no DD et al!

The letters are exactly the same. It's fine if you have sent a printout of Initial, Final and ID card letter.
I sent a printout of Initial Letter and hardcopy of the Final and ID card.
The only difference is the quality of paper 😛 . So I dont think it should make any difference at all.
