I made my payment electronically and sent the confirmation mail on the same day. I havent received any reply from Tapmi . Can anyone shed light on this?

Call them on 9th and confirm if they have received the payment or not.
Quite possible. Depends a lot on the panel also.

This is what I could gather from the confirmation mail:
- The initial amount to be paid is Rs. 25,000 within a week of the receipt of the offer letter via electronic mail.
- You need to send an acceptance letter of this admission offer in the given format, vide an e-mail addressed to [email protected] within seven days of the date of this offer, accompanied by the payment mentioned above of Rs.25,000.
- There are two ways of payment:
- DD in favor of T. A. Pai Management Institute payable at Manipal or Udupi or
- Electronic transfer to the details given (Refer Annexure 3 for details)
- Confirmation of acceptance of this offer should be communicated immediately by e-mail to [email protected].
- Scanned copies of the demand drafts/details of electronic transfer & the Initial Acceptance Letter (Annexure-4) should also be sent by e-mail.
- Additional amount of Rs. 3,13,000, which is over and above the initial amount of Rs. 25,000 is to be paid within 30 days of the receipt of the the offer letter in e-mail.
- Rs. 10,000 will be deducted if the admission is withdrawn anytime before 23rd May.
- If the admission is withdrawn after 23rd May only the refundable deposit (Rs.15,000) will be refunded. Rest Rs. 3,23,000 will not be refunded.
P.S.: It took me quite some time to gather all the details as the e-mail is really very bulky with 8 Annexures, so thought of posting the relevant details for the benefit of all. If anyone finds some mistake please feel free to PM me to correct it.

I dint find a mention of the hard copy anywhere in the mail for the initial acceptance. Even for draft they have asked for scanned copies only. What I can understand from the mail is that we need to send the hard copies while paying the 1st installment and need to send all Annexures & drafts along with that.
I am not understandin how can they come up with final converts for one particular region without even started with interview process for other locations.... Its as if selecting these many candidates from each interview location. Seniors can you just explain what is the exact procedure being followed...

seems only a couple of guys from 29th and 1st could convert the call whereas majority of the converts are from 28th and 3rd. Wonder what might be the reason.

Hi guys, I had got the email on 6th, I wld b drawing an DD tom so shld I mail my acceptance of the offer 2day or shld I mail it to them tom along with scanned copy of DD, Initial Acceptance Letter (Annexure 4)?
Also in case of electronic transfer wht shld b send to them, the Transaction id ? also case of electronic transfer is there a need to send hardcopy of annexure 4 ?
